Goses have a certain smack of sour acidity created in the brewing process while strawberries are sweet & tart, which is exactly what makes this brew so lip-smackingly refreshing. The flavor is light and fruity with a noticeable strawberry aroma.
These strawberries came directly from Oxnard, CA and were then blended into a puree which we added directly in the brewhouse.
