Outside food isn’t just welcome here at the Public House, it’s ENCOURAGED!! Because beer just goes so well with food, right? And we live right on the cusp of the Arts District & Little Tokyo, it can’t be overstated just how 🔥 the restaurants are in our neck of the woods!
Here are just a few of our favorites:
Truly LA / Wurstkuche / LA Pie Hole / Urth Caffe / Americano / Urban Radish / Prince St. Pizza / Breadlam / Loqui / Pasta e Pasta by Allegro / Men Oh
Oh, and did we mention that we sell jumbo pretzels every Monday at Angel City?
All items on our E-store are available for pick-up or shipping for L.A. County residents. Only canned and bottled beer (except for IPA, Sunbather, Do Not Reply All, and LA Blonde) will be eligible for UPS ground shipping in LA County.

Angel City Brewing was founded in 1997. Starting modestly, Angel City quickly became a leader in the LA craft beer scene. In 2004 Angel City bought an 8,000 barrel German-made brewery in Alpine Village near Los Angeles on EBay! and lovingly restored the facility. In late 2010, Angel City relocated the brewery to the historic John A. Roebling Building in LA’s Downtown Arts District. The vision was, and remains, to give this great city a great brewery.
Our promise to you
For centuries beer has brought people together – and as craft breweries, we like to believe we provide places to take a pause from the demands of everyday life with those we’re closest to.
Angel City Brewery is committed to providing a safe environment for our coworkers, guests and partners; free of discrimination and intimidation, where all are treated with respect and dignity.
