Topaz the Time

This is an IPA that is a no frills, no gimmicks, and a no nonsense beer lover’s IPA. Quintessentially a West Coast IPA, it uses Australian hops to balance between bitterness and juiciness. Being that the beer is late kettle hopped and double dry-hopped, the nose is bursting with tropical fruit aroma; the aromatics are a mélange of pineapple, lychee, and mango. The malt bill allows the hops to shine through with each sip while also giving the beer its light body and dry finish.

At 7.3% ABV, it’s a good beer Topaz the Time with friends.
