Saisonic Ritual

Cthulhu and Tchort need juice and we will sacrifice our grape harvest. Are we making beer or summoning the darkness? Our heavenly Angel City has fallen and we are the bridge to the underworld. The Saisonic Ritual is coming as our offering. Featuring 1,000 pounds of Pinot Noir grape must and skins fermented with a demonic farmhouse saison that is just in time for Halloween. We aimed to blend beer making and the dark arts to bring about a dry saison with just enough wine grape flavor to keep the ritual going.
