A strawberry sour that packs a serious punch, Puncheon the Fresa is a golden ale made with fresh strawberries from both Monterey County and Oxnard, and aged in red wine puncheon barrels for over six months. The addition of Brett Bruxellensis during the secondary barrel fermentation creates a deliciously tart, complex beer busting with California flavor of floral aromatics and fresh fruit.
