Public House Saison

Dry-hopping Saisons makes for such a beautiful flavor profile that we wanted to do one ourselves. 3 different hops (Motueka, Hallertau Blanc and Amarillo) were used to craft this Saison. Flavors of melon, clove and a certain spiciness arise from the Saison while some dank citrus and floral notes come from the hops.
