Over Our Heads

Together with our friends at Dry River Brewing, we’re bringing you a Piquette-influenced Grisette. This fun little sipper is slightly pink in hue, with aromas of tangerine and black pepper, that has a soft sourness and notes reminiscent of clove and starfruit. This small Saison features a maceration on leftover Syrah pomace (the grape skins left after crushing grapes) from Angeleno Wine Company, before aging in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9 months with a combination of Dry River and Angel City sour and wild yeast cultures.
