Inspired by our DTLA neighbors in Little Tokyo, this is our take on a traditional Japanese dry lager. Crisp and refreshing, it’s slightly dry and very easy drinking. It has a brilliantly bright golden hue with an earthy aroma of dandelion and lemon. The flavor has all of the characteristics of a rice lager, but with a lemony hop bitterness that finishes dry.
