Juniper Bay Mandelo

Our newest sour release is Juniper Bay Mandelo. We added the botanicals Juniper berries, Bay leaves and cocktail grapefruit aka Mandelo (Mandarin and Pomelo hybrid) to 10 months old barrel-aged sour that has similarities to a London-style Gin but extra tart. The barrel aging with botanicals, citrus and mixed fermentation cultures add spicy, herbal qualities mingling with and interesting tartness, a touch of grapefruit bitterness, oak and nuanced barnyard character.
