Hazy Belgeleno

This Hazy Belgian-style IPA is bright on hop character but belgian yeast forward. Brewed with Trappist ale yeast at low temperatures give it subtle clove-like and fruit character but without overpowering the rest of the aromas and flavors. Strata and Cashmere hops make for a well-balanced IPA that has lingering tropical fruit flavor and some citrus aromas with a pleasant hop bitterness.
