Foeder-aged American Lager

This unfiltered American lager is simple in grain design with only 2-row and flaked oats for alight flavor and body. We hopped it with just enough Willamette and Amarillo hops for balance to make it crispy and sessionable. Then after a cold conditioning period we aged it in a brand-new American oak foeder for one month. The new oak character comes through with subtle notes of coconut, vanilla, marshmallows and a toasted oak spiciness that only a brand new foeder can give.
