Farmhold Palmer

A simple Saison is taken and barrel-aged with Belgian-style Farmhouse sour cultures for 10 months. Finally we add black tea, lemon peel and dried ginger to the barrels for a short time. A perfect summertime sour ale that pairs well with hitting the links, putting for birdies and out-driving your friends. Fragrant lemon zest aromas are upfront while herbal and slight bubblegum notes are also present. Citrus, slightly tart and a faint ginger flavor make for a refreshing beer.
