Eastside Kellerbier

Our take on the historical German “Cellar Beer.” This unfiltered pale beer is fermented with lager yeast but is not lagered for a long time as is typical so it’s served young and fresh. Think of it as a rustic pilsner without the maturation and aging. It has some slight toasted and faint malty flavor with hints of green apple. The hops bring about herbal and floral qualities and touch of fruity hop bitterness for balance. Light bodied with a smooth texture and because its unfiltered it has a slight veiled appearance.
