Eastside Foeder Festbier

In celebration of Oktoberfest we brewed a Festbier at the very beginning of Summer and aged it 4 months in an Oak Foeder. This German-style lager is copper in color with hints of toffee and oak balanced by a malty, rich backbone but dry, slightly hoppy finish.
