Eastside Foeder-aged Bock

Born on the banks of the pre-concrete Los Angeles River, The Los Angeles Brewing Company’s Eastside Beer was brewed for citizens of an expanding city. The Angel City Eastside series is a revival of that classic brand.

This Helles Bock is brewed for a malt forward expression and aged in an oak foeder for 6 months to give a full body that finishes slightly sweet and oaky. It features barley that is California grown and malted by Admiral Maltings in Alameda, CA who use historic floor-malting techniques for a superior quality and rich flavor.
