This Australian hopped West Coast IPA will cost you a few Dollarydoos but it’s so worth it. Topaz, Galaxy, Ella and Australian Cascades are used exclusively in the boil and whirlpool, plus its double dry-hopped with all four hops to boot. It has a fruity and citrus aroma with some hints of bubblegum. The flavor is full of tropical fruit which finishes with around mouthfeel and a clean Down Under bitterness.
