A West Coast Pilsner using three kinds of Neomexicanus hops: Sabro, HBC 472 and Zappa. Neomexicanus hops add coconut and woody characteristics. This golden West Coast Pilsner is brewed with lager yeast for a crisp flavor and finish with enough hops both in the brewing and dry hopping to make it new, interesting and refreshing.
