Brett Royale

Brett Royale is a funked up, barrel aged version of our 2017 Bir Royale. Inspired by the classic French Champagne cocktail, Kir Royale, it’s a red-violet ale with black current and Viognier grape must that’s fermented with Brettanomyces and aged for 10 months in Pinot Noir barrels.
