B.O.S.S. Beer

Think of a refreshing Italian spritz aperitif but brewed as a Saison with Blood Orange. That would be a pretty BOSS Beer, right? Starting off with a bright blood orange and biscuit aroma that pleasantly blend with a herbaceous and slightly woody and citrus fruit flavor on the palate. It’s also easy to pick out some Saison yeast derived black pepper notes that round out to a dry finish with a highly carbonated like bite and lingering herbal bitterness.
