Big Trouble in Little Tokyo

We brewed Big Trouble in Little Tokyo to celebrate the wonderful neighborhood across the street and the good times we share in Little Tokyo. This imperial version of a Japanese-style Dry Lager undergoes a secondary fermentation with steamed rice, koji and sake yeast to make it extra dry, fruity and an interesting take on combining flavors from Japanese brewing traditions and techniques.
