Our Rap on the Beezer was taken and aged in oak barrels for 10 months with an extra dose of Honey which went further fermentation with Lacto and Brett to bring about sour,funky and barnyard flavors.Aromas of plums, raisins, cherries and a hints of oaky wine. The flavor is tart and reminiscent of extended oak aged dry sherry with a medium body and a dried fruit-like finish. Rap on the Beezer would fit in perfectly being ordered at an old time Saloon: it’s rustic, unapologetic and charming in its history.
