Brewed with black malt and fermented at 66.6ºF to hit 6.66% ABV and 66.6 IBU, Number of the Yeast is a hauntingly dark ale with a devilishly bitter bite. The blend of malt and hops creates a unique aroma of roasted malt and sweet citrus fruit. Big dark chocolate notes help create a full body that finishes with a biting piney bitterness.
