Vagabond Cheese Company is back at Angel City Brewery!

After a wildly successful, sold out event in September, we’re returning to DTLA for another guided cheese and beer pairings, which explore how and why pairings work, as well as how each of these fermented foods comes to be. Join head monger & owner of Vagabond Cheese Co., Alex Ourieff, along with Certified Cicerones Dan Shapiro & Keith Ely of Angel City Brewery, as you taste and discuss your way through the evening.

You’ll be treated to a guided tasting of 5 of ACB’s featured beers, each paired with an artisanal cheese, along with crackers, nuts, dried fruit & preserves. As always, expect nothing less than a brand new set of paired flights for each and every event.

Guests will also be led through a tour of ACB’s brewhouse, which will feature info on the history of LA brewing and the ins & outs of how beer is made. Through it all, you’ll learn on how the production and fermentation processes shape the resulting products of both beer & cheese.
