Pepino Toronja Gose

Gose (Goes-eh) is a very old German beer style that is traditionally a low alcohol, low hopped sour and salty wheat beer. Our version uses cucumbers and grapefruit aka pepino and toronja to add unique flavors. Cucumbers add that light summer fruitiness while the grapefruit adds some bitterness and citrus.
