It is with great pleasure that we announce that we are officially open for business! Although construction continues on, and we aren’t open at full capacity, we now have regularly scheduled hours four days a week.
Thursday 4:00 – 10:00
Friday 4:00 – 10:00
Saturday 1:00 – 10:00
Sunday 1:00 – 8:00
During this “soft” opening, people will be able to come in and enjoy our beer, take a tour, and check out our retail store.
We’ve had a lot of people asking questions about what all of this means, so in an effort to create some clarity, here are our answers:
So what does “soft opening” mean, you ask?
It means that we’re still undergoing renovations and construction, and that the brewery isn’t completely finished. That said, we’re making some great beer and would love to start sharing our beer and enthusiasm with you.
Where is all of the art?
We don’t want to feature art in the space until the construction is 100% complete. There is too much of a risk of damaging art with all the construction and renovations still taking place. Don’t worry, art will certainly be a big part of the brewery once we’re fully open.
Can I hold my birthday/event at the brewery on X date?
Although we will definitely have event space available, it’s hard for us to plan events in the space quite yet. Check back with us in early March. In the meantime, you’re more than welcome to bring a group of people in to enjoy a tour or beers at the bar. Our space is quite large.
Can I purchase growlers at the brewery?
Yes, growlers are available.
When is your grand opening?
We will have our grand opening in the spring.
What flavors do you have on tap?
Right now we have Angeleno IPA, Eureka! Wit, our Vanilla Porter and our Pilsner. We will post new beers once they become available.
We look forward to seeing you all at the brewery! Cheers.
