Faux Snow

Our Hazy White IPA brewed with Spruce Tips is just the thing for bringing the winter to the Los Angeles basin and DTLA. We know it doesn’t snow down in the valley but Hollywood is good at making it look like it’s snowing in movies using potato flakes and giant fans. With that in mind, we are using a little Faux Snow in the brew to pay homage to our movie making city. The spruce tips and heavy handed additions of Simcoe and Chinook hops make for a fresh pine aroma IPA that transports you to the nearby mountain towns with plenty of snow and tall pine trees. The bitterness is refreshingly crisp and the spruce tips bring a wonderful yet hard to describe fruitiness.
